To be eligible for a real estate salesperson license in New Jersey, you must be at least 18 years old

Online link will be sent out to your email to attend classes and book needs to be picked up from the office at 134 E Westfield Ave, Roselle Park, NJ 07204 or it can be shipped to your address for an additional cost of $20

Every day you will meet the instructor online or do your online self pace until you complete the 75hr course. You will also be given practice tests to help you prepare for the final test.

After completing the 75hr course you will be required to take the school test online
